Epoxy Powder Coating

Epoxy powder coatings offer excellent mechanical performance and are ideal for interior applications where exposure to UV rays are limited and protection to chemicals is required.

Metallic's: Most coatings are available in a variety of metallic finishes. We stock a range of silver metallic epoxy-polyester powder coating finishes although we can cater for most requirements.

Hammer Finishes: We stock grey hammer and silver antique finishes although a full range of commercial hammer finishes can be offered. Hammer finishes offer an attractive coating which are also ideal for hiding blemishes on the original surface.

Textures: Leatherette and and fine textures are generally kept in stock although we can offer most commercially available textures as required.

Gloss Levels: Most colours are available in a range of gloss levels. We typically cater for matt, satin and full gloss finishes.

Lacquer: Clear lacquers are also available as a protective over coat where required.

Specific Applications: We offer a range of application specific premium epoxy powder coatings, some of which are detailed below:

Heat Resistant Coatings: We offer specialist heat resistant powder coatings including the Interpon HT system which offers a high surface hardness heat resistant finish suitable for cooking utensils, stoves, radiators and domestic appliances.

Water Boiler Coatings: We offer the Interpon HYF powder coating which is specifically formulated for the internal parts of water boilers offering good mechanical properties, high chemical resistance and excellent boiling water resistance.

Post Formable Coatings: We offer the Interpon PF powder coating system which has been developed for applications that require a high degree of coating flexibility. The systems excellent detergent, stain and corrosion resistance means that it is especially suitable for domestic appliances.

Machinable Coatings: We offer the Interpon Autoblock powder coating system which is designed for components that require post finishing machining and meets the requirements of many major automotive manufacturers such as Ford, Renault and Chrysler.
